Nordic Walking is walking with two specially designed poles and can only be learned properly with the help and support of a qualified Nordic Walking Instructor. It enables you to distribute the 'workload' of walking through more muscles whilst you walk, improves posture and helps open up the chest and shoulders, countering the problems of desk work or prolonged sitting. It also helps with ideas, problem solving & creativity by improving blood flow to the creative part of the brain.
